Sharon – The chocolate cups were a dessert one of the chefs presented at Taste of the Nation NYC 2010 – an annual tasting event that raises money to help end childhood hunger. It was an event created by the national anti-hunger organization Share Our Strength over 20 years ago. If you’re really interested in the recipe I can try and see who it was that made this dessert for the charity event and get you his/her name and/or restaurant. Would that be helpful?
